Frequently asked questions
What counts as one photo?
Any uploaded image counts as one photo — JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, AVIF, GIF, or TIFF. The original file and its auto-generated thumbnail together count as one. Individual files are limited to 50 MB.
What happens if I cancel?
You get a 90-day full-access grace period. After that, galleries enter a "Paused" state — not deleted. Client links show a contact message. Reactivate and your galleries come back.
Do you delete my photos?
No. Cancelling does not delete your files — they stay in storage through the grace period and after it, while your galleries sit paused. We will always give you notice and a chance to export before any change to how long we retain files.
Can I switch tiers anytime?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What if I need more than Professional?
Get in touch and we'll put together a custom plan around what you actually need — higher volume, multiple photographers, or anything else your studio requires.
How does the founding rate work?
Join during our launch period and lock in today's founding rate permanently. We will never raise your price as a founding member — even as we add more features.
Do photographers pay commission on bookings?
