Invitations
Build a beautiful event invitation web page for a client, with their photos, the event details and an RSVP form. Included on every paid plan.
On this page
Invitations are event web pages you make for a client, for example for a quinceañera. Guests open the link, see the details and photos, and RSVP. Your client can watch the guest list fill up. Open it from Manage, then Invitations.
Invitations are included on every paid plan (Starter, Growth and Professional). On Free, the page shows the plans instead.
Create an invitation
- Tap + New Invitation.
- The editor opens. Fill in the sections below, then tap Save invitation. A Saved label shows when it is done.
Status
- Tick the Published box when it is ready. Until then, guests cannot open the invitation link.
- Internal name is just for you, so you can tell invitations apart.
The wording
Fill in what applies:
- Invitation intro, Event type, Honoree name and Monogram letter
- Day of week, Day number, Time and Full date
- Main venue name, Hero tagline and Main venue address
- Countdown date & time, for the countdown on the page
Design
Pick one:
- Classic Quince: gold and blush, with a photo carousel.
- Blush Botanical: four featured photos.
The design itself is fixed. Your wording and photos fill it in.
Photos
- In Linked gallery, choose the gallery the photos come from.
- Pick a Hero portrait. If you do not, the first photo is used. Clear removes your choice.
- For Blush Botanical, choose up to four Gallery photos.
Ceremony, reception and message
- Ceremony and Reception each have a section title, time, venue and address.
- Message to guests is a personal note shown on the page.
RSVP
- Tick Show the RSVP form and collect responses.
- Set RSVP by and, if you like, a Save the date.
- Add a Closing message.
Guests give their names and number of guests, and choose whether they can come.
RSVP responses in the editor lists every answer, marked Attending or Can't make it, with the guest count.
Let your client see the guest list
- Type a Pass key in Client guest-list access.
- Save. A guest-list link appears. Tap Copy link and send it to your client with the pass key.
Your client can see the RSVPs as they come in, but cannot change the invitation.
Preview and share
- Preview shows the invitation as guests will see it. Edit goes back to the form.
- View opens the live page.
- Copy link copies the address to send to your client or guests.
On a large computer screen, the live preview sits beside the form and says whether it Matches saved or has Unsaved changes. On a phone or smaller screen, use the Preview button to switch.
Templates
To reuse your wording for another client, tap Save as template and give it a name. Photos and the pass key are not saved in a template. Start a new invitation from a template on the Invitations page.
Delete an invitation
Tap Delete in the editor, or the delete button on its card in the list. All RSVP responses are deleted with it.
Good to know
- Copy link on each card in the Invitations list is the quickest way to grab an address again.
- Only published invitations can be opened by guests.
