Analytics
See how many people view your profile, sessions and link page, where they come from, and how your bookings, invoices and galleries are doing.
Analytics shows how your business is doing at a glance. There is nothing to set up: numbers appear as clients visit and book. Open it from Manage, then Analytics.
Profile traffic
The top section covers the last 30 days.
- Profile views: visits to your public profile.
- Session views: visits to your session booking pages.
- Book / request clicks: taps on a book or request button.
- Enquiries sent: enquiry forms clients sent you.
- Shares: times someone used a share button on your pages.
- Journal reads: visits to your journal posts.
- Link page opens: visits to your link in bio page.
- Link page taps: taps on its buttons.
Where your visitors came from lists where those visits started, such as Instagram or Google. A link you shared means someone opened a link you sent directly. Unknown means the visitor's app or browser did not say where they came from, which is common for links opened inside messaging apps.
Client gallery visits shows how often your galleries were opened.
If nothing has happened yet, you will see Nothing recorded yet.
Key numbers
- Gallery Views: all-time views across your galleries.
- Avg. Rating: your average review score and how many reviews you have.
- Revenue for this month: from invoices clients have paid.
- Booking Conversion: the share of booking requests you accepted.
- Inquiry Response Rate: how many enquiries you answered, over the last 6 months.
Charts
- Invoice Revenue: paid invoices per month, last 6 months.
- Bookings Volume: new enquiries per month, last 6 months.
- Booking Status Breakdown: how your bookings from the last 6 months split between pending, accepted, completed and so on.
- Gallery Performance: views for each gallery.
Quick stats
At the bottom: Total Bookings (All Time), Galleries Created and Clients in CRM (people on your Clients page).
Good to know
- Revenue only counts invoices. Money a client paid you outside Nipcy only shows if you recorded it on the invoice. See Invoices.
- For month-by-month earnings, see Getting paid.
- For views on one gallery, open that gallery and tap Stats.
