Messages
Messages is a record of the emails Nipcy has sent to your clients for you. It is not an inbox, so make sure your emails tell clients how to reach you.
On this page
Messages is in the top menu. It shows the emails Nipcy has sent to your clients on your behalf, so you can check what went out and when.
What you see
On the left is a list of conversations:
- Template Messages: emails sent from Emails and automations, such as booking confirmations and session reminders. Each message is tagged Email or In-App. These are read-only.
- Session Threads: older conversations from bookings made when clients still had Nipcy accounts. If you have one, you can type in Type a message... and tap Send.
Tap a conversation to read it. If there's nothing yet, you'll see No conversations yet.
Where client replies go
When a client replies to any email Nipcy sends for you (automatic emails, sequences, contracts, questionnaires and invoices), the reply goes straight to the email address you sign in to Nipcy with. Replies don't appear here in Messages, so check your own inbox.
Good to know
- On a phone: you see the list of conversations first. Tap one to open it, and ← Back to return to the list. On a computer, the list and the conversation sit side by side.
- To email a client about something specific, use the tool for it: send a contract from Contracts, an invoice from Invoices, or a gallery link from the gallery's Share panel.
