Content Studio

Content Studio helps you post your work regularly. You choose photos, Nipcy spreads them across your posting days and writes a caption for each one. When a post is due, you copy the caption, download the photo and post it. Nothing is posted for you automatically.

Open it from Manage, then Content Studio. It has two tabs: Scheduled and Write one now.

Add photos to the queue

Photos come from your galleries.

1. Open a gallery and tap Select.
2. Tap the photos you want to post.
3. Tap Add (number) to content queue. You can add up to 30 at a time.
4. You will see how many posts were scheduled. Tap See the queue to go to Content Studio.

Nipcy places each photo on your next free posting slot.

Set your posting rhythm

On the Scheduled tab, the Your posting rhythm panel controls when posts are scheduled. Tap Change.

1. Under Days you post, pick your days.
2. Set the Time of day and your Time zone.
3. Set your usual choices: where you post, how you want to sound, and what posts are usually for.
4. Tap Save rhythm. You need at least one day.

Your scheduled posts

Each post shows its time, where it goes, what it is for, how it sounds, the caption and hashtags. Its status is one of:

• Writing soon or Being written: the caption is on its way.
• Ready: the caption is written and the post is due.
• Posted: you marked it as posted.
• Needs attention: something went wrong. Try Another version, or change the post.

On each post you can:

• Copy caption to paste into the app you post with.
• Download photo to save the image.
• Another version for a different caption.
• Change to pick a different goal, place or tone, or add something you want worked in. Tap Save and rewrite.
• Mark posted once it is up.
• Remove to take it out of the queue.

Posts that are due in the next 12 hours also appear on your dashboard home under Ready to post.

How many captions Nipcy writes

Nipcy writes a set number of fresh captions each month, depending on your plan:

• Free: captions come from Nipcy's built-in library.
• Starter: 12 a month.
• Growth: 40 a month.
• Professional: 120 a month.

Past your allowance, captions still get written, just from the built-in library. The page shows how many you have used this month.

Write one now

The Write one now tab writes captions on the spot, without scheduling anything.

1. Choose What's this post for?, Where's it going? and How should it sound?
2. Fill in Kind of work and City.
3. For a better caption, tap Add detail about this post. You can point at one of your services, add the client's first name, how many photos are in the set, where it was shot, and anything you want worked in word for word.
4. Tap Write my captions. You get three to choose from. Tap Copy on the one you like.
5. Tap Write three more for new options.

Good to know

• Nothing is posted automatically. Nipcy writes and reminds; you post.
• Goals you can pick: Fill my calendar, Show the work, Announce something, Thank a client, Teach something.
• Places you can pick: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok.
• If you have not finished your profile, Content Studio asks you to Set up profile first.
