Your dashboard home

The home page shows what needs you today, your numbers for the month, your next sessions and a setup checklist.

On this page

Your dashboard home is the first page you see after you sign in. Tap the Nipcy logo at the top to get back to it from anywhere. It is built to answer one question: what needs me today?

Getting around

On a computer, the bar at the top has Sessions, Calendar, Galleries, Clients and Messages. Everything else is under Manage, grouped into four columns:

  • Your business: Services and packages, Availability, Payments and earnings, Pricing calculator, Analytics
  • Templates: Contracts, Invoices, Questionnaires, Emails and automations
  • Your presence: Profile, Link in bio, Journal, Content Studio, Invitations
  • Account: Settings, Referrals, Help

Sign out is at the bottom of the Manage menu.

On a phone, tap the three-line button at the top left. The same five main pages come first, then each Manage group, which opens when you tap it.

At the top right you will also find:

  • the bell, which shows your notifications (reminders, new requests and so on)
  • your initials, which take you to your Profile
  • on a large screen, a small setup progress bar. Point at it to see what is left, or click it to jump to the checklist.

Banners at the top

These only show when they apply:

  • Confirm your email. Until you open the link Nipcy emailed you, you cannot share galleries or send contracts, invoices or questionnaires. Tap Resend if the email never came.
  • Free plan. A reminder that Free holds 1,000 photos, with View plans if you want more.
  • Setup complete. Shows how far through the checklist you are. Finish setup → jumps down to it.

Needs you

This card appears when someone is waiting on you.

  • Booking request: a client asked for a time. Tap Accept to confirm it or Decline to turn it down.
  • Package request or Enquiry: someone asked about a package or got in touch from your profile. Tap Turn into a contract to start a contract filled in from their request, or Done once you have dealt with it. Done only clears it from the list; it sends nothing.

See them with everything else › opens the Sessions page, where you also get reply and text buttons.

Ready to post

If you use Content Studio, posts due in the next 12 hours show here. Tap Copy caption, post it on Instagram or wherever it is going, then tap Mark posted. See all opens Content Studio.

Your numbers

Four tiles across the top of the first column:

  • Upcoming Sessions, with a Share booking page → link once your profile is live
  • Earnings for this month, compared with last month
  • Enquiries this month
  • Average Rating from client reviews

Under them is your photo usage: how many photos you have against your plan's allowance. It warns you when you are nearly full or over. Then a chart of the kinds of sessions you shot this month.

Calendar and upcoming sessions

The middle column has a month calendar. Tap a day to see what is on it or to block it. It works the same way as the Calendar page.

Below it, Upcoming Sessions lists your next three, with a deposit due label when a client still owes one. View Calendar › opens the full calendar.

Earnings Overview shows this month's total and how it compares with last month.

Recent enquiries

The last four people who got in touch, each marked Session or Event. View All › opens Sessions.

The setup checklist

At the bottom, Get your profile ready lists what makes your account look finished to clients:

  1. Complete your profile (photo, a short bio and your phone number)
  2. Upload your logo
  3. Add a cover photo
  4. Set your availability and service area
  5. Add at least 3 services
  6. Choose your profile theme
  7. Upload 5 or more portfolio photos
  8. Write your first client email
  9. Set up an auto-response questionnaire
  10. Activate your subscription
  11. Verify your Stripe account so clients can pay you by card

Each item links to the page where you do it. Items tick themselves off as you finish them. When everything is done, the list folds away behind View Setup Progress ↓.

You do not have to subscribe to use Nipcy. The subscription item is there for when you want more photos or fewer limits.

Good to know

  • Phone or computer: on a phone the three columns stack into one, in the same order.
  • Pending or Confirmed: Upcoming Sessions shows both. Pending means the booking still needs your answer (see Needs you or the Sessions page); Confirmed means you accepted it.
  • Staying active on Free: on the Free plan, opening your dashboard at least once every 6 months keeps your galleries online. See Plans and billing.
